identity thief
several years ago a person applied for a $1,500.00 loan online using my ssn. the loan company called me regarding the loan that was approved for me. i informed them that i did not apply for it. they gave me the email address and the home address that was used. i know this person and told them not to send the money......can i press charges agains this person for identity theft and if so what would the charges be

You can report this activity to your local police department. You should also run your credit reports to make sure there is no other debts in your name that you are not aware of.
