identy theft

I was arrested for identy theft and

release on bail, does it mean ican

go to jail, i don't have a criminal

record and never been arrested

before. I am 34 years old.

The fact that bail was set even though this is your first arrest,gives me the impression you are being charged with a serious offense. Without more information I can't offer more . If convicted, you could go to jail. It's not probable, however. Whether you go to jail depends on the seriousness of the acts and also whether the DA can prove their case.
