illegal search or not? admissible?

do any store employees have rights to search customers' bags? and is the search result admissible in court?

People that are NOT law enforcement are not bound by the same constitutional rules as law enforecement is, as a result the search would more than likel not qalify for exclusion and would be admissible in a court of law... however, if you can find a link as to how the store employee was working as an agent for the police it may then requalify the case for falling into the constitutional requirements...
