illegal search
I was arested for apackage found off in another apartment of which the agents had no warrent for.the warrent was for the apartment i was in.

Your question does not have much info in it; and there really is no question asked.
You seem to want to know how to fight these charges. The search warrant can be challenged AND you can try to stop the package from being used as evidence against you.
