Illegal search
When cops raid with out a warrant, what ever is found is illegal and can be dismissed .

Are you telling us this, or asking?
Cops are supposed to only enter a home unless invited with a warrent. However there are so many permeations of exigent circumstances and the like that to make a blanket statement like yours means you do not have a true understanding of the way 4th amendment cases have been decided.
