illegal search

i walked into drug raid, i was led by police into the apt, my purse taken from me & handcuffed, my purse was taken into another room,I saw 3 officers enter that room, 1 emerged stating I had a crack pipe in my bag, I asked to see it, i was told to shut up as i remained cuffed, i was later brought to the det bureau and interigated, i was told if i gave names of other dealersI could get out,b/c I had no names the charged me with CPCS 7th degree issued a app. ticket and let me out after I was booked, this apt. is a friend of mine, I was returning some borrowd things,and I was NOT in the apt when they busted in, as stated they opened the door when i knocked , took my by the elbow , led me in took ,took my purse, cuffed me, and walked away with my purse

You may have legitimate defenses for an illegal search. The practical aspect is that you are charged with a misdemeanor which will likely result in a plea bargain with no jail time.
