Re: Impersonating an attorney
I have frequently written letters on behalf of persons through LawGuru on my letterhead without any payment.
I am happy to offer my assistance to persons with a problem that might be eased by a 'letter from the lawyer'.
But I am obligated to inform you that sending a letter or even a telephone message claiming to be a licensed attorney if you are not licensed is an actual crime.
My point is that it is not necessary when help is available.
