i was arrest in my neighborhood for what they say ''directing people to where drugs were sold. i was charged with a felony because of the Rockerfeller law. i have taken a polygraph exam to prove employers that i never sold drugs and passed. can that be exponge? after 20+ years.

Im sorry to say no, NY does not allow for expungement of ceiminal records in almost all circumstances.
