Re: Imprisonment

It sounds like a silly case for the DA to prosecute. However, the charge is serious. Therefore, you should get a crimial defense attorney to represent your son. If he/you cannot afford one, ask the court to appoint one.

Re: Imprisonment

This is a serious charge, but perhaps a difficult case for the DA to prove. Depending on your son's prior criminal record, if any, and any witness statements, there may be a reduced plea offer avaliable.

I would suggest that your son not have ANY contact whatsoever with this young woman until at least this case is resolved.

Your son will need an experienced criminal defense lawyer to represent him. Please call me @ (716) 856-4022 for more information or to retain me to represent your son. Thank you.

Re: Imprisonment

This is a rather serious charge, I would recommend two things.#1 have your son stay away from the girl and her mother #2 get a qualified criminal defense attorney. Not knowing other details such as were there witness's and what your son's criminal record is, any further advise can't be afforded. You may however contact my office for further info.@718-834-0087.
