no indictment on misdemeanors
on misdemeanor charges with no indictment. what may happen in a person's best interest or not their best interest .can a person expect a case dismissal somewhere along the time of process.

There are no indictments on misdemeanor cases, only felonies. The
Da must legally be prepare for trial within three months of the beginning
Of the case... But only counting time they specifically ask for.
