Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
indictments 6th amend.
I was arrested and I am currently released on bail . It is a criminal felony charge in Rockland County , N.Y, how long do I have to wait until I am indicted ( is there a statute of limitations?)

If you are not indicted within 6 months of your first court appearance, you can make a motion to dismiss the case.
