I have been informed by my girlfriend that she filed a domestic incident report with police stating I hit her because i took her cellphone. I was not on the premises when this happened and am being told I will be arrested and must turn myself in when I did not do anything. Will I be arrested?

Yes, you May be arrested... If there is a warrant for your arrest you likely will. However, it is in your best interest to cooperate as much as possible as this will benefit any investigation against you...

It depends on who told you you would be arrested. Unless the police are actually looking for you, just because a domestic incident report has been filed, it does not necessarily mean you will be arrested. If the police are actually out looking for you, then you should surrender, but make no statement to the police
Unless this information is based on actual facts, it is a hard question to answer. If an arrest warrant has been issued, you should retain an experienced criminal defense attorney. That attorney will arrange for your surrender and make sure all of your rights are protected. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a phone consultation.
