Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Initially i was sentenced to a determinate term of imprisonment at a proceeding where the court did not pronounce a period of post release supervision.can i sue because the court illegally added post-release supervision to my sentence after i was released from serving the completion of my initial determinate sentence.
