inmate phone calls
can an inmate's phone calls that are monitored by the jail, be used in court? like brought up in evidence hearings, or at trial?

In theory yes, but I've never had it happen to me.

Yes - There is usually a sign above the phone which states that these calls can be monitored by prison officials.
