Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
When your in jail for a dwi and your babys going to be born will they let you out for the birth and will you be in handcuffs?

You can apply for it. It is routinely done for funerals. You will have to convince a Judge to sign an order requiring the sheriff's to produce you.
