Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
jail sentence
Hello, just a quick question. If someone is charged with a grand larceny 2nd property val $50000, what exactly does this mean and what are the chances that they will be convicted if they are in fact guilty or choose to plead guilty? Also, what is the estimated time that this person would be kept in jail for this crime? Thank you very much for your assistance.

Re: jail sentence
This is a felony and either by conviction one faces a minimum of 1 year if by plea or conviction. However there are many more factors to consider,it is better to have a direct consultation. For this you may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 and I will be happy to advise you further.
