job application
18 yrs ago i plead guilty along with my husband to a gambling misdemeanor....how do i handle this on a job application

If adjudication was withheld, you can say you were not convicted. This question is always a complicated one. Perhaps you should consult an attorney about getting the case sealed or expunged.
