You may be charged with Theft of Services, an class "A" misdemeanor (this is a criminal conviction) which carries a penalty of up to one year in jail. This is something you would want to have an attorney for, because if it is mishandled you could end up having a criminal conviction on your record for the rest of your life. If it is a first arrest a competent attorney should be able to help you resolve this case without any serious penalty. Please feel free to contact my office if we may be of any assistance.
