Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hi. If a little kid was playing with a gun and accidentally shot and killed someone, would the child be charged with manslaughter? How is it determined whether they would be charged or not? Thanks.

How old is the little Kid? If he is young enough he may not be charged with anything or at worst a JD.
