What kind of crimes guy committed?

Tomas Reese entered a fast-food restaurant before the restaurant had opened for business through an unlock rear entrance. The door had been left unlocked by an accomplice who was an employee of the restaurant. After entering the restaurant, Reese pushed employee against a soda machine and, while holding a gun to the neck of the manager, forced her to open the safe. Reese than locked the employees in a cooler and fled the scene with over $5000

Let say that happened in NY state

What i am missing or am wrong in ?

the guy was acting with knowledge and recklessness and had a motive

burglary (breaking in) and trespassing when he entered restaurant

assault and battery when he point the gun

kidnapping when he close the people in cooler and didn't let them go

robbery he took personal property by making fear to victims

terrorist treat by placing pubic in fear at work place

deadly conduct by places another person in imminent danger of serious bodily injury (cooler)

larceny taking property

extortion asking for money with gun

unlawful use of weapons - i am not sure about this he could have license for carry it

disorderly conduct
