Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
my landlords charged me with 3 criminal charges that are false. i finally was able to get my landlady on tape, admitting she put these false charges on me. we go to trial in a few weeks. will i be able to have her charged with making false charges,allegations, having me falsely arrested, and her falsyfing a police report
