larceny in manhatten

i was arrested for petty larceny and received an acd the case was sealed after 6 months i was then arrested again for petty larceny 750 dollars this time. will the first case show up since my record is technically clean??

i was accepted as a teaching fellow and have a new born will this be taken into account??

While there may be no record of the previous, gfor general purposes, the record was sealed - it still shows up for court purposes and all the participants are well aware of the previous case, and it will affect the outcome of the current case - if the 6 months passed then actually, youre in good shape because they cant re open that - now youre left to whathappens in this case, or happened, if you ended up with a criminal record it very well may affect your fellowship.

You do not have a clean record. Assuming both crimes were committed in NY, the record of the prior violation will definitely be used as a factor to further prosecute you for this larceny. Under the circumstances the last thing I would do is advertise your parenthood.
