larceny?
i tried to take 2 subs from the local grocery store and was caught before leaving the store...i gave up the merchandise and was charged with larceny by the police...what can i do?

You may be eligible for Legal Aid. If you are not then you should speak with a private attorney.

What you can do depends on whether this is your first offense and the circumstances of the incident.
