It would be highly advisable for you to retain a new experienced attorney. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

If an offer was on the table it shouldn't be that difficult to have
It reoffered. It sure does sound like you need a new attorney...

Re: do i need a new lawyer?
I would at least consider sitting down with one or two attorneys and getting a consultation. You sound like you are in a very tight situation and if your 18b lawyer did not bring you a deal that was offered you may have an action against that attorney but you also may have leverage to talk to the DA. Some may have sympathy. As for the reason that you are not being offered the same deal as before, many DA's offices will not leave an offer on the table once they are forced to get an inditment.
