What can i Do about my Lawyer
I feel like my lawyer dose not care
about my case. He has been paid in full
and seems just to be prolonging it and i
would like to get a new one. Is it too

Re: What can i Do about my Lawyer
You have an absolute right to change attorneys at any time. If the lawyer has not done what she was supposed to do, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the fee you have already paid (depending on the terms of the retainer agreement and how much work was done).
In a criminal case, there may be good reasons for delaying a case. For example, there are statutory "speedy trial" time limits in which the case must be tried. If the prosecution is not ready for trial, the case gets delayed but the clock is always running. If the DA exceeds the statutory time limit, the case could be dismissed.
It is always difficult to change lawyers so I recommend you discuss your concerns fully with your attorney to find out the reasons for the delay before you hire a new lawyer.
