lawyer's responsibilities
If an attorney learns of a crime, while preparing for a case, and the crime does not involve their client, do they have the legal responsibility to report the crime to the authorities?

No one has an legal obligation to report a crime. The choice is up to the individual. The only time a lawyer has a duty to report wrong doing is when i involves the illegality or corruption of another attorney or by extension, a judge.
