Did you go to court already? If the judge told you you could not leave then I guess you can't however if not then there is nothing keeping you here as long as you return before May 30. I am assuming you are a citizen and this is not a misdemeanor or a felony.
Bon Voyage!

If you return before your court date you may certainly travel. If you will not return on the assigned date,a warrant for your arrest may be ordered. If this date is your first appearance, you may appear by attorney with authorization, and a new date may be assigned. If the charge is a misdemeanor or felony you must be present.I handle these matters on a daily basis, call my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation. It will help clarify things.
