what is the legal age for sex in ny
i would like to know what the legal age of sex is in ny because my son took of with my wife she is 31 and he is 17 and i would like to know if that is legal or would it be statutory rap the cops here are trying to tell me there is nothing i can do because they say the legal age in ny is 17 i would like to know if that is true.
