Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Is this a legal aide attorney Stacey Van Malden? If so I'm intersted in obtaining her services for my son who is being falsely charged with an attempt murder charge. The cops at the precint know the name of the real shooter but because he didnt have a record and wasn't in the system they wasn't interested in the truth so there trying to put it on my son.I have to good witnesses that know the identity of the people who did this crime.What can you do to help us? His bail is extremely high and we requested two bail reduction and was denied both times with no explanation from the judge. I believe the judge,the DA and thecop from the precint are workin together.The cop lied under oath and his so called lawyer didn't do anything even after I pointed the lie out.

If you think your son is eligible for Legal Aid you should contact them directly. Feel free to request a specific staff attorney when you call. You probably won't get her, but you might and it can't hurt to ask.
