legality of ownership of one's body
Does one have legal posession of one's body parts? That is, if someone pulled someone else's teeth while they were sleeping, would the puller be guilty of a crime of theft? is there a precendent for this type of case? Does the law extend only to body parts with tangible, monetary value?
