Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I live in Nassau County, NY. Over three years ago I got a DWI. I was told last year that once I completed the victim impact panel that my probation would be completed. It is now a year later and the county has laid off several workers including workers from the probation department. THe woman that told me this is no longer there. My case has been reassigned several times since then. I do not report anymore. I have been mailing in a sheet for over a year now. I have been trying to reach someone for two months now regarding approval to move out of state. Noone is calling me back. I have spoken to the supervisor once and she told me she would get back to me and never did. I am trying to handle this the correct way, but how can I if noone at the probation department is getting back to me. I have left several messages over the last two months and sent emails to them through the probation website with no response from anyone. How do I handle this?

You should continue to contact the probation department. If this does not work, you should contact the atty who handled the case and ask him to recalendar the case in front of the sentencing judge.
