Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
two long outstanding tickets and a license long expired - can it be rectified
In the late 1990's I had received two tickets. One was for speeding and one was for no seat-belt. I do not remember the police jurisdictions who gave me the tickets. As you may have guessed, I did not properly take care of them. My license expired in 1998. I realize I messed up and would like to fix this situation. Would a lawyer be able to: 1. Help me to clear up the two long outstanding tickets 2. Help me back on the road to recovering a state license.

You could get involved and try and handle this yourself, but obviously an attorney would get it done faster and more effectively.
