How long will my boyfriend do on a 2year flat sentence.? NEW YORK
My boyfriend was arrested on 5/2008.. He was released on bail, and ever since hes been going to court for Attempted CRIM SALE CONTRL SUBST C Felony. He didnt get sentenced until sept 2010. They gave him a 2 year flat bid.. MInd you in those two years he was out, and going to court every month, he didnt get in to any trouble.. Why they just didnt drop the case

On a two year flat sentence he get three months off for ggd time, plus any time in before making bail. They did not drop the case because they did not have to.
