Are these three violations of civil law or criminal law.

As a 'General Proposition', those terms are usually used in conjunction with civil law.
However, depending on the total context, each of those terms "might" be applicable to, and/or used in relation to, a criminal matter {note, though, that none of those terms, standing alone, are descriptive of - nor do they define - a specific / particular criminal offense}.
