Hi
If a man was arested and released by ROR on a gun charge how many days does he have to be indited in before the case have to be dropped?

ROR and indictment
The DA has six (6) months within which to indict you. This period dates from the time of your arrest. There are certain periods of time excluded from this calculation, such as any adjournments requested by your lawyer.
Your lawyer may also have WAIVED this entire period of time. Check this; some lawyers actually do this for various reasons.
