Marijuana
A man smokes marijuan with an underage kid. I found my daughter, who is 15 yrs, in a car with a man smoking marijuana. What actions can I take? The man 19 yrs old provided the smoke and there were 2 other girls, under age, in his car

With no proof other than your observations, you have no viable action that you can take other than bringing this to the attention of the police. Go to the local police station and make a report but remember that your own daughter may be implicated in the situation.
What you should do the next time you see this individual doing anything is call the police immediately.
