Re: marijuana violation

For three years, the record will be open

It will be sealed after three years, except

that the Court will always know what it did

It is technically not a crime, but a

violation, and in most employment

inquiries, does not need to be disclosed.

Re: marijuana violation

A conviction on a marijuana violation is not classified as a crime, but if you were fingrprinted at your arrest, there will always be a record of it somewhere, even though the prints are allegedly destroyed after the disposition. If you were not fingerprinted, you can forget the incident ever happened.
