Menacing with a gun
I would like to know what type of crime is Menacing with a gun in NYC. What type of punishment can be given to the Perpetuator?

'Menacing' has a legal meaning and if you refer to that meaning then under Penal law 120.13 it is a felony. It can be charged as a misdemeanor as well under PL 120.14 and .15.
It's all about how the DA wants to charge the crime.
