Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Hello my name is Migdalia Ferrer: my question is can you help my son Tony Riley injustice?

Tony, wife and kids went into a store to buy chips and Tony ask for a light for his cigarette ,The store owner start to disrespect and argue with Tony in front of his family. The owner of the store got a baseball bat form behind the counter and starts to hit Tony in the face which resulted in a busted lip. Tony tell his wife to get the kids out of the store while the store owner is coming at Tony swing the baseball bat catching Tony in the arm and leg. Tony tries to protect himself and runs out of the store. The owner is running after Tony resulting in Tony protecting himself Tony picks up a garbage can from the street and throws it. The garbage can hit the glass door of the store and shattering the store�s glass and unintentional nicks a women hand. Tony who is outside of the store calls the police, when the police get there Tony explains to the police officer what had happen (Police has a body camera on) Tony ask the police officer that he needs medical attention and would like to go to the hospital for some unknown reason the police officer got irate with Tony and arrest he also their prevented Tony from getting medical attention. The court system gave Tony a 50,000 dollars bond and 10,000 cash also charge Tony with a class E Felony he is incarcerated in the Brooklyn Detection Jail since November 20, 2015. Can you please help with case it is a total injustice for Tony
