you should not focus on the min and max times on the charge at hand, get yourself a good attorney to work out a diffrent charge as a possible disposition, and you may be looking at no time what so ever..

as fa ras yur question the answer really depends on your criminal past and whtehr this is your first felony offense or not...

this is a B felony, lowest with no priors is 1 - 3 years in prison, highest is 8 1/3 to 25 years - now if there are any prios you could be facing 4 1/2 - 9 as a minimum and 12 1/2 - 25 as a max.
