Miranda rights read to minor?
My 11 yr old son was called into the local station for quest today. They read him miranda rights & had him & I sign. Took statement had him & I sign. They are threatening to charge him for the ''Crime'' because he did not stop it. Can they do this??

What do you mean "had him sign"?
The police can't make someone waive their rights. If they did, then you have an issue for later.
And yes someone can be guilty of a crime for failing to act.
You need to be more specific, though, if you want more specific answers.
