Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i have old misderminer warrent from 1989 in queens ny how do i take care of this without going there is this even a valid warrent?

Even though the warrant is twenty years old you still have to appear but probably once you do it will be dismissed because it is so old and it would be impossible to get the witnesses against you.
