Hello, i have a question i am 18 years old , i was caught by a cop in the back of my girlfriends car , she is 33 years old , i had no shirt on and we were making out , she had all her clothes on , i was just on top of her the when i opened my eyes i look back and i see them looking inside , we opened the door and we had a talk , they asked for id's and went to their car, after that they came out with 2 pink complain forms that they filled in. they gave us violation of section 240.20.07.and on the factual allegations they wrote ''at TPO the undersigned observed the deff with another deff in open view of the public , causing public annoyance and alarm. by doing a physically offensive act. JOB#10768'' and i would like to know what does all this mean , i dont think we were doing anything bad , i would like to know if there is any kind of record , i have to show up to court in approximately 3 months. Re: misunderstanding

There is no misunderstanding, you have been charged with a violation, not a crime, of the NY Penal Law section 240.20.7 Disorderly Conduct. Although it is highly unusual, you could face short jail time, depending on your prior records. Call a lawyer. Consults are free.
