Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
getting my money back
If i was arrested on a felony charge and the charges were dropped will i get my cash back that was in my possession at the time of arrest.

if this was a drug case the DA usually asks for a waiver, meaning you give up your right to the money. Otherwise you can go to the property clerk and request your property back.
