Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
About a month ago I was driving my friend's car to pick up a friend. After I picked up my other friend I was pulled over by undercover police officers' for a broken tail light. They pulled me out of the car and searched the car. The police officers found a bottle of vicodin which belonged to my friends mother in the car car that was under her name. Am I in any form of trouble and do i need a lawyer?
