Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
A few months ago i was charged with a 221.10 NY penal code. I went to court, took a plea bargain and was given a 240.20 instead of the original charge. I am applying for a job and am required to get a background check. Will the background check show the 240.20 violation for disorderly conduct? Or will the original charge show up as well?
