Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My mother was charged with pl 165.40 at Century 21 in Manhattan. She is visiting from Brazil and I will bring her back for the court hearing in Manhattan. Can some one tell me what could be the consequences as she comes to visit her grandchildren and are desperated about not be able to see them again..... We are desperate to find a lawyer that can assist her in court, also she do not speak english and it is her first trouble with law..
