Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I used my mother's ssn to recieve services. She does not want to press charges if i pay it back but can the business?

This is a Federal offense if wherever you used the number turns you into the Social Security office. It won't matter whether your mother wants to press charges or not. This could be a serious charge and you should obtain an attorney.
