Motion without opposition
When there is a motion to seal one's records and it is submitted without opposition, how long can the official decision to seal the records be held?

60 days. But you can make a motion for the court to make a decision if the court is taking too long.
You might want to check with the judge's clerk to see if the matter has actually reached the judge and been recorded. They might have lost the papers! It happens.
