if a motion to suppress and dismiss in a criminal case is given a motion granted in part. What does that mean

Well without further information, this is more of a guess, but if the attorney made a motion to dismiss and suppress and it was granted in part, that probably means the motion to suppress, but the motion to dismiss was not. If your case is still ongoing, that would be what it means.
